First Post!

So...after much debate and pondering, I have decided to go ahead and get this blog started. I was originally working on building a website for myself, but I realized that what I want is more than just a showcase of my artwork and craftiness. I'd like to be able to share my artistic and creative ideas with people, as well as showing the everyday creativity of organizing my house, decorating for holidays, landscaping my yard, planning parties and entertaining guests in new and creative ways. So, hopefully there will be something here that interests you. Enjoy!
